Campaign brand for Teach For America, a nationally recognized education nonprofit.

Created the 2023 campaign brand for “Corps Pre-Service,” a pivotal training event welcoming 2,000+ new teachers (corps members) to the TFA organization. The brand aimed to affirm each corps member’s decision to join TFA, helping them feel valued, prepared to teach, and connected to a national movement for educational equity.

Provided creative direction to a freelance illustrator to develop the campaign’s hero visual, which was then deconstructed into distinct elements and strategically integrated across campaign assets to create visual cohesion and maximize the impact and value of the artwork.

Designed and animated the first brand-forward video new Teach For America educators see. Delivered at the start of their two-year commitment, the piece sets the tone for impact, motivating teachers to lead in high-need schools and champion education equity.

The “End Device Tax” campaign was focused on educating policymakers and rallying support, contributing to the permanent repeal of the medical device tax in December 2019, a significant legislative victory for the client.

Re-brand of Autoship, the shipping feature that accounts for 75% of Chewy’s sales.

The re-brand was focused on driving increased orders by showcasing Autoship’s value to customers and reinforcing Chewy’s position as the largest online pet retailer in the United States.

Social media campaign for Teach For America, a nonprofit dedicated to educational equity nationwide.

Concepted and designed to connect the student and teacher experience, the initiative aimed to grow audience reach, deepen engagement, and support broader organizational goals. It achieved a 12% increase in new audience reach and an average engagement rate of 3%—well above the industry benchmark of under 2% for branded social content.

TFA’s "Changing Course" podcast was a focused on conversations with innovative nonprofits from across the country that are committed to attracting, training, and retaining BIPOC educators.

This social-first promotion of the podcast demonstrated a strong understanding of effective social media design and content. By leveraging bite-sized video clips, A/B testing content formats, making small design adjustments, and collaborating with influential guests and the host, the campaign successfully drove awareness and interest in the podcast. The engaging content and strategic targeting resulted in increased video views and generated traffic to the podcast episodes.

Creative direction for a social recruitment campaign for UCB, a global pharmaceutical company.

Developed and delivered in collaboration with a junior designer, the campaign helped strengthen a new client relationship and resulted in an expanded scope of work.

Connected TV spot produced for The Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) the trade association serving as the leading voice for the medtech sector.

Illustrated and animated for the “When it Matters,” campaign, the spot built on the campaign’s emotional strategy. Framed as a letter from a patient to their pacemaker, it personalized medtech’s impact while reinforcing the campaign theme. The story scaled to highlight the millions of Americans who rely on medical technology, underscoring its relevance to policymakers through human-centered storytelling and visual design.

Led concept and art development for Teach For America’s 2023 Teacher Appreciation Week video, built around the brand statement “Illuminate the light in every learner.” Guided concepting sessions that shaped a narrative spotlighting the mutual impact between a teacher and her students—translating the brand message into an emotionally resonant video story.

Logo redesign for Beyond, the advocacy campaign of The Internet and Television Association.

Pitched a redesigned logo to better align with the tagline “Voices for the Digital Future.” The new logo system brought clarity and flexibility, allowing the mark to adapt across platforms and campaigns—transforming it from an afterthought into a purposeful brand asset that builds trust and reinforces the organization’s forward-looking mission.

Identity system for MAD (Making a Difference). MAD is a community development organization whose mission is to provide apprenticeships and employment to under represented communities in the DC area.

MAD specializes in landscaping, but long term they plan to expand to real estate, construction, and other areas. A flexible identity system was designed to accommodate their broad vision.

LVC is a non profit that connects young people with one to two year volunteer positions at social-justice organizations.

Brochure designed for AdvaMed, the nations premiere trade association representing the medical technology industry.

The brochure was designed in the style of a magazine to make it stand out at the industry’s largest conference. Visually distinct story layouts engaged readers and increased pickup rates, extending the association’s reach and reinforcing the associations value to its members. The format blended editorial design with strategic messaging to maximize impact and visibility in a crowded event space.

Winning campaign pitch to the American Dental Association, the world’s largest and oldest national dental association.

Led creative direction and animation on the winning pitch to the American Dental Association, securing a major agency contract. Co-developed the “Oral Health is Health” tagline and worked with a senior designer to visualize the campaign through bold design, animation, and video concepts. The work reframed dentistry’s role in overall health, positioning the ADA for greater influence with the public and policymakers.

Led creative direction for a campaign exposing the harmful role of Pharmacy Benefit Managers in limiting cancer patient care. Partnered with a junior designer to develop a stark, uncompromising visual identity that captured the nightmarish patient experience—driving urgency, emotional impact, and a clear call for change.
